Geri Halliwell

A fair bit I'd say!!!

I am the proud owner of both Spice Girls albums, (I'm yet to aquire her solo effort - please Santa!)

I used Geri's image a lot in my early art practice. To me she embodies total girl power, and she used her femininity in an age where there is a backlash against feminism. I admire her for doing that.

My first karaoke attempt was with my friends to Saturday Night Divas… we could've given the girls a run for their money!!

I've just finished reading her autobiography (a birthday pressie from a friend who has been with me through the obsession!) and I respect her so much more now knowing all the things she went through in the pursuit of a dream. She knew that the Spice Girls were disposable.
